Kalispell, MT – The Humane Society of Northwest Montana is debuting two litters of homeless puppies at Petco, located at 2435 US Hwy 93N in Kalispell, on Saturday, March 11th from 12pm to 2pm. The two litters consist of five black German Shepherd puppies, age nine weeks old and eight multi-colored Aussie Shepherd/Terrier cross puppies, age 10 weeks old.
Although the puppies will not be available for release on Saturday, the public may visit with them and fill out adoption applications. Adoption appointments will be scheduled the following week. Puppy adoption fees are $120.00 and help cover the cost of vaccinations, dewormer, spay/neuter surgery and microchipping.
The Humane Society of Northwest Montana, home of the Charlotte Edkins Animal Adoption Center is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization that serves homeless cats and dogs. Its mission is to provide a caring and safe environment for dogs and cats until they can be united with a forever home.
Dependent on community donations for support, the Humane Society does not receive any government funding or funding from any national animal welfare groups. Tax deductible donations from individuals, businesses and charitable foundations provide for the critical care needs of orphaned pets as they await adoption at the no-kill animal adoption center.
