Legality This raffle is conducted by Humane Society of Northwest Montana (a registered 501(c)(3) organization) and is authorized under Montana state law.
Taxes & rules This is a game of chance. You must be 18+ to play. Winnings are not tax-deductible. Winnings over $600 will be reported to the IRS (Form W-2G), and 25% of prizes over $5,000 is withheld for federal taxes.
