St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Kalispell
The Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce invite you to join in the Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and kick off spring in the Valley on Saturday, March 17th. All floats and participants are asked to have an Irish theme. The parade will begin promptly at 4 PM in Kalispell and will proceed down Main Street to Center Street. Check-in for the parade will be at the corner of 4th Ave & 8th Street, or the SE corner of the Flathead High School parking lot beginning at 3 PM. If you would like to join in the fun of celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day with other Humane Society supporters, just put on some green and bring your furry canine friend on a leash and meet us on 8th Street. The Ancient Order of Hibernians is America’s oldest Irish Catholic Fraternal Organization founded concurrently in the coal-mining region of Pennsylvania and New York City in May,1836. The Order has also provided a continuing bridge with Ireland for those who are generations removed from their ancestral homeland.
